Puppy & Kitten Guarantee
- For puppies we offer a 2 year warranty starting from the date of purchase for any hereditary/congenital birth defects or the treating of an illness attributed to the kennel environment. Warranty coverage begins from the purchase price amount up to $3000 for the 2 year period.
- For kittens we offer a 1 year warranty starting from the date of purchase for any hereditary/congenital birth defects. Warranty coverage begins from the purchase price amount up to $1000 for a 1 year period.
- Any limitations to the health guarantee will be outlined at the time of sale.
- Should a health problem arise, we ask that you contact our store immediately. If you have any problems, questions or concerns regarding the health and care of your new pet, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will not reimburse veterinary expenses incurred without our authorization.
- There are no refunds or exchange on puppies or kittens outside the warranty coverage.
- PJ's Pets does not guarantee height, weight, temperament, or suitability for specialty function (ie. hunting, breeding, showing, guarding).
- The Customer must take the puppy to a Veterinarian of their choice within 5 days from purchase to validate the warranty.
