Returns With an Original Sales Receipt
Refunds will be issued for original purchase price for any items returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise returned after 30 days but before 90 days may be eligible for an exchange or an in-store credit for the original purchase price. Items cannot be returned after 90 days.
Refunds are given in the same form as the original purchase. Items purchased with a credit card will be refunded to a credit card. Debit purchases are refunded to the debit card, and cash purchases are refunded in cash. Purchases made using a gift card, credit note or an in-store exchange are refunded to a gift card. Any rewards issued on the original purchase will be reversed onto the rewards card used to make that purchase.
Returns Without a Receipt
Merchandise cannot be returned without an original receipt. We will exchange an item for a similar item (different size or colour, for instance) without a receipt, provided the returned item is still in its original packaging and is in salable condition. If the value of the new item is lower than the returned item, the difference will be given in a gift card.
Our 100% Price Match Guarantee
We will match current advertised prices by local competitors on identical in-stock items. If our own price is reduced within 30 days of your purchase, we would be pleased to refund you the difference.
Provide us with your original receipt, along with proof that the item you bought is being advertised at a lower price. We will verify that the item is in stock and available at the advertised price and refund the difference.
Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to pets, advertising errors or misprints, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, free or bonus offers, limited/minimum quantity offers, limited time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, and special financing offers. We do not price match internet prices.
Pet Returns
We sell the highest quality pets available. All our pets come with a Health Guarantee which varies by species. For further details on specific pet purchase guarantees please ask a sales associate.
Warranties
Certain products we carry come with manufacturer warranties. If you have any questions about the administration of a manufacturer's warranty, please contact a sales associate.
